I began working with Jessica as part of a total renovation in downtown Charleston. Initially I thought I would only need a few hours of her services. To make a long story short, I was wrong.

Jessica’s oversight and management of the details of the entire project were most valuable to us! She created a ‘site book’ for the contractors to refer to with all selections and drawings for the project. Speaking of drawings, she created the electrical and lighting plan, and even drew the specs for the built-in book cases, and made sure they were made to fit. Jessica was our eyes and ears on the project when we weren’t in Charleston. Lucky for us, her eyes and ears were far more valuable than ours ever would have been!

We love our downtown Charleston townhouse, and Jessica is a huge reason it turned out so well.
